Abstract
[Resumo] As últimas reformas da lexislación laboral potenciaron a suspensión do contrato de traballo por causas económicas, técnicas, organizativas ou de produción, e introduciron a redución temporal da xornada por esas mesmas causas económicas, técnicas, organizativas ou de produción. Trátase de flexibilizar as esixencias establecidas para que sexan menos rigorosas que as marcadas para os despedimentos por causas económicas, técnicas, organizativas ou de produción, coa finalidade de evitar o despedimento. Despois de analizarmos a regulación laboral da suspensión do contrato de traballo e da redución de xornada, poderemos comprobar que, a pesar de tanto cambio normativo tendente a resolver o defecto, este non se corrixiu totalmente.
[Abstract] Recent reforms of labor laws have enhanced the suspension of the employment contract for economic, organizational, technical, or production causes, and introduced the temporary reduction of working hours for the same reasons. Purpose is establish requirements for his use less stringent than requirements for the use of dismissals for economic, organizational, technical, or production causes in order to prevent dismissal. After analyzing labor regulation of the suspension of the employment contract and the reduction of working hours, we can see that, despite much legal change aimed at resolving the defect, this has not be completely resolved.
