Concepto de deterioro de la integridad cutánea y tisular como diagnóstico enfermero

Abstract

[Resumen] Este artículo de revisión tiene por objeto describir aquellas tipologías que permitan a los profesionales de enfermería identificar de forma inequívoca el problema clínico (diagnóstico) del deterioro de la integridad de la piel teniendo en cuenta las características definitorias, los factores de riesgo, la población en riesgo potencial y otros condicionantes asociados; según la taxonomía de la NANDA-Internacional.

[Abstract] The purpose of this review article is to describe those typologies that allow the nursing professionals to unequivocally identify the clinical problem (diagnosis) of deterioration of the integrity of the skin taking into account the defining characteristics, the risk factors, the population at potential risk and other associated determining factors; according to the NANDA-International taxonomy.
