dc.description.abstract[Resumo] Con este artigo preténdese ofrecer unha visión xeral das últimas reformas operadas sobre o contrato individual de traballo desde finais do ano 2010 e ao longo do ano 2011. En concreto analízanse os puntos máis problemáticos da Lei 35/2010, do 17 de setembro, e o Real decreto lei 10/2011, do 26 de agosto.es_ES
