Abstract

But, when the collective conscience is "perverse" in terms 01 the sociallearning 01 individuals, should we limit ourselves to a description 01 their objective actions? An original answer by Mannheim: on the one hand, this conlirmation is essential but, on the other, the cognitive change in its superstructure 01 knowledge prevails; therelore, it is necessary to re-educate learners, which requires a complete planning 01 the social techniques 01 supervision (we may call this Social Pedagogy). In other words, it is necessary lo modify the social beha- viour 01 individuals, and civic education is required.
