Abstract
[Resumen]: A través de un sucinto estudio de la genealogía de los Tribunales Constitucionales y su
significado dentro del entramado institucional del Estado Democrático de Derecho, y del análisis de
las funciones desempeñadas por el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea, se proceden a analizar
brevemente los distintos tipos de relaciones dialógicas o cuasi-dialógicas que entre ellos se producen,
para así confrontar la legitimidad de cada una de dichas instituciones a la hora de ejercer a función
jurisdiccional.
[Abstract:] Through a brief research on the genealogy of the Constitutional Courts and their meaning within the institutional framework of the Democratic and Rule-of-Law State, as well as the analysis of the roles played by the Court of Justice of the European Union, the different kinds of dialogues or quasi-dialogues between theese two subjects are appraised, in order to confront the legitimacy of each one of them at the momento in which they both exercise their juridiction
