Abstract
[Resumen] Las últimas reformas laborales han abordado la espinosa cuestión del uso y abuso de la contratación temporal en el sector público a través de una serie de medidas que tratan de ser una alternativa equivalente y eficaz a la inviable conversión del empleado público temporal en fijo. El trabajo analiza el conjunto de medidas implantadas en orden a determinar si en efecto el nuevo sistema es útil y efectivo para prevenir y sancionar el abuso.
[Abstract] The latest labor reforms have addressed the thorny issue of the use and abuse of temporary hiring in the public sector through a series of measures that try to be an equivalent and effective alternative to the unfeasible conversion of the temporary public employee into a permanent one. The work analyzes the set of measures implemented in order to determine if the new system is indeed useful and effective in preventing and punishing abuse.
