Abstract
[Resumen] La calidad regulatoria es expresión del derecho a una buena administración en el contexto de la elaboración de las normas por parte de las Administraciones públicas. La calidad regulatoria está vinculada a los principios de seguridad jurídica, previsibilidad, certeza y planeación normativa entre otros. En especial, las nuevas tecnologías pueden ayudar a mejorar el lenguaje de las normas y dotarlas de mayor participación social.
[Abstract] Regulatory quality is the expression of the right to good administration in the context of the Public Administration’s rulemaking processes. Regulatory quality is linked to the principles of legal certainty, predictability, security and regulatory planning, among others. In particular, new technologies can help to improve the language of the regulations and to make them more socially participatory.
