Acondicionamiento de local para tienda de mobiliario vintage

Abstract

[Resumen] El objetivo del presente proyecto es el acondicionamiento de un local comercial, sin uso actual definido, en una tienda de restauración de mobiliario Vintage. El local que consta de tres niveles y tres fachadas exteriores, se sitúa en el casco urbano del ayuntamiento de Ponteareas, provincia de Pontevedra. La idea de realizar una tienda de muebles y objetos Vintage nace de la creciente tendencia de recuperación del mobiliario del siglo XX, por el atractivo que su diseño y originalidad representan para la sociedad actual. El local se dividirá en tres zonas diferenciadas, una zona principal de tienda, donde se expondrán los muebles y objetos para vender, otra al mismo nivel separada de la primera por un panel móvil, donde se dispondrán mesas con taburetes para la realización de cursos de restauración. En el segundo nivel se encuentra el taller en la que los clientes podrán dejar sus propios muebles antiguos para su reparación y/o restauración por el personal de la tienda, y finalmente en el último nivel se situará una zona de almacén de uso exclusivo del personal. El trabajo se compone de tres tomos: - TOMO I: Este tomo consta de la Memoria, donde se incluyen la memoria descriptiva, memoria constructiva, justificación del cumplimiento del CTE y de otros reglamentos y disposiciones. Tras ello se encuentran los anexos a la memoria que corresponden con el estudio básico de seguridad y salud, plan de control de calidad, la memoria de instalaciones y el estudio de gestión de residuos de construcción y demolición. - TOMO II: Este tomo contiene el pliego de condiciones, la normativa de obligado cumplimiento, las mediciones y el presupuesto. - TOMO III: Se adjunta la documentación gráfica acorde con toda la documentación incluida en el tomo anterior.

[Abstract] The subject of the present Project is the remodeling of a commercial site, which has no well-defined use, to be converted into a store of Vintage furniture. The store, which has three levels and three façades is located in the center of Ponteareas. The idea of the project for a Vintage furniture store began with the growing movement for recovering the 20th century furniture, since it has an attractive, original design for today’s society. The store is divided into three different areas. The principal area is the store, where the furniture will be displayed for sale; another area at the same level is separated from the principal section by a sliding door, and there, tables and stools will be located for the courses on furniture restoration. The workshop will be located on the second level. There clients can leave their own furniture to be repaired and restored by the workshop staff. Finally on the last level is the warehouse for exclusive use of the store staff. The work has three volumes: -VOLUME I: This volume consists of the Report, in which the description report, the construction report and the justification of the compliance of the CTE and other regulations are included. After that we have the report supplements which consist of the basic study of safety and health, the quality control plan, the facilities report and the study of the construction and demolition waste management. -VOLUME II: This volume contains the statement of conditions, the mandatory normative, the measurements and budget. -VOLUME III: Here attach all the graphic documentation in accordance with the documentation included in the previous volume.
