[Resumen] Sobre el carácter parcialmente regresivo de la reforma de la pensión de viudedad del sistema español de Seguridad Social (art. 174 de la Ley General de Seguridad Social) por la Ley 40/2007. El particular tratamiento otorgado ahora en la norma a los viudos divorciados o separados.[Abstract] Some words about partially regressive character of the reform of the widow´s pension in the Spanish Social Security System (article 174 General Law on Social Security) by the Law 40/2007. The special treatment granted now in the law to divorced or separated widows and widowers.
