[Resumo] O tempo no que o investigador foi mozo é sometido a análise histórica, trazando un panorama crítico, e ao mesmo tempo densamente informativo, sobre un período da historia educativa de Galicia, no que se estaban a dar os primeros pasos cara á posterior conquista insuficiente da educación democrática
