Abstract
[Abstract] This study focuses especially on the holistic approach to patients with venous vascular lesions of lower limb by a simulated case, from wound care to all its bio-psycho-social sphere. As results of the study, it is observed that using compression bandages combined with the cure on wet environment of the injury benefits the wound healing and significantly reduces its duration. It is important to promote the use of compression stockings in order to avoid recurrences or the appearance of new vascular system injuries related to chronic venous insufficiency.
