Abstract
[Resumen] Es preciso revisar los cometidos de los alumnos y de los profesores en el marco de la enseñanza universitaria, para la mejora de la calidad del aprendizaje en el marco del EEES. Este trabajo apuesta por una docencia más participativa y dinámica en el ámbito del Derecho penal, basada en estrategias y técnicas de enseñanza que promuevan la participación, cooperación y desarrollo de actitudes y valores democráticos.
[Abstract] It is necessary to adapt the classic roles of students and teaching staff in order to improve the quality of learning process in the context of European Space for higher education. This paper defends the introduction of interactive and dynamic learning methods in the field of Penal Law, based on strategies and techniques that promote participation, cooperation and development of democratic attitudes and values.
