Abstract

[Resumen] El interés general en el Estado social y democrático de Derecho es la clave para entender el Derecho Administrativo de nuestro tiempo. El interés general se caracteriza por ser un concepto concreto, motivado, vinculado a la defensa, protección y promoción de la dignidad humana y los derechos fundamentales de ella derivados y participado.

[Abstract] Public interest in a social and democratic state based on the rule of law is the key to understand the Administrative Law of today. Public interest is a specific concept, motivated, linked to the defense, protection and promotion of human dignity and the fundamental rights that come from and takes part in it.
