Proyecto de rehabilitación de la vivienda unifamiliar en Merille

Abstract

[Resumen]: El objetivo principal de este proyecto es realizar una adecuada rehabilitación de la vivienda situada en Lugar de Borreiros, nº7 derecha, perteneciente al concello de Ourol, recuperando de esta manera su funcionalidad sin perder el contacto con la arquitectura tradicional gallega. Se pretende realizar la obra de rehabilitación manteniendo el carácter tradicional de la edificación y respetando los elementos constructivos. Haciendo los cambios y actuaciones necesarias para la obtención de una vivienda funcional y habitable según los estándares de la normativa actual, proporcionando de esta manera un confort óptimo. Dicho proyecto, se hará incorporando lo necesario para satisfacer las exigencias derivadas del Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE) y otras normativas aplicables al mismo. El proyecto se desarrolla de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Anexo I de la Parte I del Código Técnico de la edificación, de la siguiente forma: I. MEMORIA -- II. PLANOS -- III. ESTUDIO BÁSICO DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD.[Abstract]: The main objective of this project is to carry out a suitable rehabilitation of the house located at Lugar de Borreiros, nº7 right, belonging to the municipality of Ourol, thus restoring its functionality while maintaining its connection to traditional Galician architecture. The rehabilitation work aims to preserve the building's traditional character and respect its structural elements. The necessary changes and actions will be made to obtain a functional and habitable dwelling according to current regulations, thereby providing optimal comfort. This project will incorporate what is necessary to meet the requirements of the Spanish Building Technical Code (CTE) and other applicable regulations.
