Abstract
[Resumen] Los discapacitados tienen derecho a trabajar, en igualdad de condiciones que los demás. Solo el juez puede establecer que una persona está incapacitada para trabajar. Actualmente los centros especiales de empleo son la alternativa de empleo más importante. Los enclaves laborales facilitan la transición desde estos centros hasta el empleo ordinario, en donde inicialmente pueden contar con preparadores laborales.
[Abstract] The disabled people have right to work, in the same conditions as the other people. Only the judge can establish that a person is disabled to work. Nowadays the special centers of employment are the best alternative to find a job. The labor enclaves make it easier the transition from these centers up to the ordinary employment, where initially they are guided labor preparers.
