Abstract
[Resumen] Los riesgos psicosociales en el trabajo se manifiestan de manera especialmente intensa en aquellos trabajos caracterizados por elevadas exigencias de responsabilidad y la continua saturación de tareas, como es el caso de la Carrera Judicial, donde, precisamente para prevenir esos riesgos, el Consejo General del Poder Judicial se ha obligado a regular la carga de trabajo a efectos de salud laboral de las personas miembros de la Carrera Judicial. La sentencia comentada precisa el alcance de esa obligación.
[Abstract] Psychosocial risks at work are especially intense in those jobs characterized by high demands of responsibility and the continuous saturation of tasks, as is the case of the Judicial Career, where, precisely to prevent these risks, the Spanish General Council of the Judiciary has been obliged to regulate the workload for the purposes of occupational health of the members of the Judicial Career. The commented ruling specifies the scope of that obligation.
