Proyecto básico y de ejecución de rehabilitación de vivienda unifamiliar en lugar de O Aramio – San Martiño de Aríns, nº5, Santiago de Compostela

Abstract

[Resumen] El presente trabajo se redacta como objetivo de Trabajo de Fin de Grado, del Grado en Arquitectura Técnica, titulación de la Universidad de la Coruña, dirigido por el profesor D. Carlos José Mantiñán Campos perteneciente al Departamento de Expresión Gráfica Arquitectónica. Se llevará a cabo un proyecto básico y de ejecución para la rehabilitación del conjunto de construcciones presentes la parcela con dirección Lugar de Aramio Nº5, Santiago de Compostela. El conjunto consta de una vivienda unifamiliar tradicional, un cobertizo anexo y un hórreo de tipología tradicional gallega. En el proyecto se intentará en la mayor medida posible mantener la tipología de la edificación existente, así como su configuración arquitectónica, pero llevando a cabo las modificaciones necesarias para cumplir las exigencias que nos establece el Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE), las Normas del Hábitat de Galicia o cualquiera otra disposición reglamentaria vigente durante la redacción del proyecto. [Abstract] The present work is written as an objective of the End of Degree Work, of the Degree in Technical Architecture, degree of the University of La Coruña, directed by Professor D. Carlos José Mantiñán Campos belonging to the Department of Architectural Graphic Expression. A basic and execution project will be carried out for the rehabilitation of the set of present constructions in the plot with address Lugar de O Aramio Nº5, Santiago de Compostela. The set consists of a traditional single-family house, an annexed shed and a granary of traditional Galician typology. In the project we will try as much as possible to maintain the typology of the existing building, as well as its architectural configuration, but carrying out the necessary modifications to fulfil the requirements established by the Technical Building Code (CTE), the Galician Habitat Standards or any other regulation in force during the drafting of the project.
