[Resumen] En este artículo se aborda el análisis del derecho de huelga de los miembros de la Carrera Judicial, tanto en el plano normativo (interno e internacional) como doctrinal, a propósito de los dos polémicos «paros» de Jueces en 2009 en España.[Abstract] This article deals with the analysis of the right to strike by members of the Judiciary, both at the policy level (national and international) as the doctrinal, referring to the two controversial «stoppages» of Judges in 2009 in Spain.
