Abstract
[Resumo] Este comentario trata dunha recente sentenza do Tribunal de Xustiza da Unión Europea en quese determina que, conforme á Directiva 2003/10/CE, de 6 de febreiro, o cómputo da exposiciónmáxima ao ruído dos traballadores nos seus postos (85 dB) ha de facerse sobre a exposiciónreal, sen que se poida reducir o devandito límite en consideración ao emprego de elementos protectores.
[Abstract] This comment is about a recent judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union whichdetermines that, according to the Directive 2003/10/EC, February 6th, the computation of the maximum noise exposure of workers in their jobs (85dB) has to be done on the real exposure, and this limit cannot be reduced in consideration to the use of protective elements.
