Abstract
[Resumen] El escenario que la declaración de Bolonia ha vislumbrado en el panorama
universitario español hace que el Derecho se explique más allá de la clase magistral de perfil
clásico. Las nuevas tecnologías, los elementos audiovisuales y más concretamente el cine,
le dan un impulso importante al aprendizaje del alumnado. El presente trabajo pretende
realizar un acercamiento desde el punto de vista, primero, dogmático y, posteriormente, de
análisis de determinadas películas, en las que se visualizan los problemas de la finalidad de
las penas para que desde un punto de vista gráfico el alumno adquiera los conocimientos
necesarios para dominar la materia objeto de estudio.
[Abstract] The scenario that the Bologna Declaration has glimpsed in the Spanish university context causes an explanation of law beyond the master class in classical profile. New technologies, particularly audiovisual elements and film, provide an important boost to student learning. This paper intends to carry out an approach from the point of view, first, dogmatic, and later analysis of certain films, which display the problems of the purpose of penalties, so that from a visual standpoint the student acquires knowledge requiered to master the subject matter of study
