Abstract

[Resumo] A Lei orgánica 2/2006, do 3 de maio, de educación, modificada pola Lei orgánica, do 9 de decembro, para a mellora da calidade educativa, no artigo 2 establece como fins do sistema educativo o pleno desenvolvemento da personalidade e das capacidades do alumnado así como o desenvolvemento da capacidade e coñecementos, a creatividade, a iniciativa persoal e o espírito emprendedor. Asemade as normativas que desenvolven na comunidade galega os aspectos relativos a Convivencia Escolar, Lei 4/2015 do 30 de xuño, de convivencia e participación da comunidade educativa e o D. 8/2015, do 8 de xaneiro, polo que se desenvolve a citada Lei inciden, moi claramente nun principio fundamental, a convicción de que e imprescindible o mellor clima escolar posible que se base no respecto mutuo para dar cumprimento aos fins da educación e permitir o aproveitamento óptimo dos recursos educativos que a sociedade pon á disposición do alumnado e, polo tanto, das familias. Así falar da importancia de conceptos como: educación emocional, educación social, educación creativa; na educación de hoxe en día, ninguén o pon en dúbida. Son estes, entre outros, ámbitos educativos que aportarán aos suxeitos as competencias e habilidades precisas para vivir mellor persoal e socialmente. Neste punto o profesorado, as familias, o alumnado, precisan de traballar na procura das mellores ferramentas para afrontar este reto. Ferramentas que poden ser aportadas afondando nos principios e fundamentos teóricos e prácticos de programas de empoderamento como son, por exemplo, as “Prácticas Restaurativas”, a “Aprendizaxe cooperativo” e “Educación responsable” entre outras.
[Abstract] Crown Law 2/2006, of May 3rd, of education, modified by the Crown Law 8/2013 of December 9th, for the improvement of educational quality, in article 2 establishes as one of the main aims of the educational system the full development of both student’s personality and capacities as well as the development of the abilities and knowledge, creativity, personal initiative and entrepreneurial spirit. In addition to the certain regulations that develop in the Galician Autonomous Community some aspects related to School Coevality, Law 4/2015 of June 30th, of coevality and participation of the educational community and Decree 8/2015, of January 8th, which develops the aforementioned Law, it is a clear principle based on the conviction that the best possible school climate must be based and achieve on mutual respect in order to comply with the aims of education and to allow an appropriate use of educational resources which society offers to our students and, therefore, to their families. In that way, it refers to the importance of concepts such as: emotional education, social education, creative education; concepts that nowadays in contemporary education, nobody questions. These are, among others, educational fields that will provide students with the necessary skills and abilities to live much better both personally and socially. At this stage, teachers, families, and students need to work together to find the best tools to face this challenge. Tools which can be applied deepening within the principles and theoretical and practical foundations of empowerment programs such as, for example, “Restoring Practices”, “cooperative learning” and “Responsibility Educaction” among others.
