Abstract
[Resumen] El periodo máximo de tiempo de dieciocho meses concedido a los censores, en
el que estaban obligados a agere censum, junto al hecho de que no fuera continua,
hacen surgir de esta especial magistratura una serie de cuestiones esenciales, algunas
de las cuales se analizan en el presente estudio, relacionadas con la eficacia de sus
actuaciones en el intervalo inter census y con la posibilidad de traspasar el límite temporal
establecido.
[Abstract] The maximum period of time of eighteen months granted to the censors, in which were forced to agere censum, next to the fact that it was not continuous, they make arise of this special magistracy a series of questions essentials, some of which are analyzed in this research work, related with the effectiveness of their performances in the interval inter census and with the possibility of passing over the established temporary limit.
