Abstract
[Abstract] The project realised in this Final Degree Project consist in the development of an Android mobile application, which aims to facilitate the management of paddle matches (in two of the clubs in A Coruña), offering a monitoring of the user’s progress in this sport. This application is intended to all types of users, since paddle is a sport that everyone can play. To reach the development of the application, the user must register in the application with an email or Gmail account. Subsequently, the user must indicate the level of padel that he thinks has (the system will provide a more realistic level according to the games that the user plays), in order to be able to sign up for matches of a suitable level. The information of the registered users and the information provided by each of them will be stored in the Firebase platform, where we can also store information of matches and results. Finally, it is worth mentioning that this application provides the available schedules of the padel courts of each club in real time, thanks to the implementation of a crawler with Jsoup, and that the Google Maps API has been used to indicate the location of both clubs. Users can create matches according to the availability of padel courts and invite other users in the application. In addition, they can consult the matches they have already played, their official level or ranking and different statistics.
