| dc.description.abstract | [Resumo] Neste artigo estudamos a negociación colectiva en España antes e despois do Real decreto lei 3/2012, do 10 de febreiro, de medidas urxentes para a reforma do mercado laboral, co obxecto de revelarmos os cambios substanciais e as consecuencias que tal reforma supuxo neste campo. unha estrutura de negociación axeitada é fundamental para o correcto funcionamento de calquera sistema de relacións laborais, e require unha boa articulación entre diferentes ámbitos de negociación Son moitos os factores que inflúen para que exista esta estrutura adecuada e se dea unha concorrencia articulada de convenio, mais o certo é que as normas legais non favorecen que se chegue a esa estrutura razoable, cando menos na forma en que foron interpretadas pola xurisprudencia. | |
| dc.description.abstract | [Abstract] This article deals with collective bargaining in Spain. There will be a comparative analysis before and after the RDL 3/2012, thus analyzing the substantial changes and the consequences that this reform means in the field of collective bargaining. An appropriate structure of trading is crucial for proper functioning of a system of labour relations, and requires proper articulation between different areas of negotiation. There are many factors that influence so that there is a proper structure and competition articulated agreement, but the fact is that the legal rules do not favour they reach that reasonable structure, at least in the way they have been interpreted in the field of law. | |
