Abstract
[Resumen] Análisis de la nueva norma reglamentaria, aprobada en junio de 2005, de desarrollo
del artículo 92.2 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, en relación con el tema de la
extensión de los convenios colectivos, y centrando dicho análisis en el protagonismo
que la norma otorga a los sindicatos más representativos en el marco de los procedimientos
de extensión.
[Abstract] Analisys about the new regulations, passed in Juny 2005, developing section 92.2 of the Workers ´Statute, related to the extension of a collective bargaining agreement, and focusing this analysis on the leading role that this section grants to the most representative trade unions within the framework of the proceedings of extension.
