Abstract
[Abstract] It was discovered that Fig. 7B and the supplementary file was not included in the original online version of the above article. The Publisher decided to ‘resupply’ (update) the XML and online PDF of the article for the missing supplementary material. The missing Fig. 7B is provided below and it is cited in the Section 4.1.2 “From monastic foundation to modern times: Terracing develops and the textual archive begins”. Unfortunately the discovery of the errors was too late to correct the printed issue. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
