La herencia rousseauniana, en el pensamiento constitucional, trescientos años después de su nacimiento

[Resumen] En una época de crisis no sólo económica sino sobre todo política, democrática y de valores, la vuelta a J.J Rousseau se convierte en una necesidad histórica. Este artículo trata de descubrir las huellas de su pensamiento en la teoría constitucional contemporánea y de reivindicarlas como método para afrontar los desafíos que se les plantean a las sociedades actuales en un entorno globalizado y en un ambiente cultural postmoderno.[Abstract] In a time not only of economical but, above all, political, democratic and of values crisis, to return to J.J Rousseau becomes an historical necessity. This essay tries to discover the influence of his thought in the contemporary constitutional theory and vindicate them as a method in order to face up the challenges that they pose to modern societies in a globalized environment and in a postmodern culture.
