Abstract
[Resumo]: Este Traballo de Fin de Grao describe un sistema de trazabilidade para o pastoreo mediante blockchain, garantindo transparencia e integridade dos datos na industria alimentaria. Utilizáronse contratos intelixentes en Ethereum para rexistrar datos como horas de pastoreo e número de vacas, ademais dun backend en Python con Web3.py para interactuar coa blockchain e unha interface web en React para visualizar eses datos. As transaccións execútanse de forma automática cada día, o que mellora a eficiencia e reduce erros. Unha base de datos adicional facilita as consultas rápidas e complementa a blockchain. A interface web presenta datos resumidos, información detallada das granxas e transaccións, proporcionando trazabilidade e confianza no sistema.
[Abstract]: This Bachelor’s Thesis describes a traceability system for grazing using blockchain, ensuring transparency and data integrity in the food industry. Smart contracts on Ethereum were used to record data such as grazing hours and the number of cows, as well as a Python backend with Web3.py to interact with the blockchain and a React web interface to visualize that data. Transactions are executed automatically every day, improving efficiency and reducing errors. An additional database facilitates quick queries and complements the blockchain. The web interface presents summarized data, detailed information about farms, and transactions, providing traceability and confidence in the system.
