Abstract
[Resumen]: En este proyecto se han desarrollado dos aplicaciones: una aplicación web y una aplicación
móvil, diseñadas para que los técnicos puedan visualizar los datos de los diferentes aparatos
que gestionan. Para el envío de los datos de los dispositivos hacia el servidor, se utilizó el
protocolo de comunicación MQTT, junto con sus componentes y roles correspondientes. Los
datos obtenidos se almacenaron en una base de datos ubicada en un servidor, que luego se
expuso a través de una API REST para su obtención por parte de las aplicaciones. En cuanto al
desarrollo del backend de las aplicaciones, se utilizó el framework de Django. Para el desarrollo
del frontend de la aplicación web, se empleó Bootstrap con las características de los templates
de Django. Por otro lado, en la aplicación móvil se utilizó el framework de Flutter.

To send data from the devices to the server, the MQTT communication protocol was used, along with its corresponding components and roles. The obtained data was stored in a database located on a server, which was then exposed through a REST API for retrieval of the data by the applications. Regarding the backend development of the applications, the Django framework was used. Bootstrap and Django’s template features were employed for the frontend development of the web application. On the other hand, the Flutter framework was used for the mobile application.
