Rehabilitación de Casa Rectoral para vivienda unifamiliar

Abstract

[Resumen] El presente proyecto contempla la Rehabilitación de una casa rectoral del año 1922 situada en el Lugar de O Priorato, San Salvador de Asma, Chantada (Lugo), destinada a vivienda unifamiliar, atendiendo las necesidades de confort y conservación del inmueble, respetando su condición de vivienda tradicional gallega. Se trata de un Proyecto Básico y de Ejecución para la mencionada Rehabilitación, incorporando lo necesario para satisfacer las exigencias derivadas del CTE y otras normativas de aplicación. Se estructura, siguiendo lo establecido en el Anejo I de la Parte 1 del CTE, de la siguiente forma:I MEMORIA 1.1 Memoria descriptiva 1.2 Memoria constructiva 1.3 Cumplimiento del CTE 1.4 Anejos a la memoria II PLANOS III PLIEGO DE CONDICIONES IV-V MEDICIONES Y PRESUPUESTO.[Abstract] This project is based on the Refurbishment of a rectory built in 1922, place in Lugar de O Priorato, San Salvador de Asma, Chantada (Lugo), for a single-family home, meeting the needs of comfort and maintenance for the property, respecting the traditional condition of the house. This is a baseline desing and of execution for the abovementioned refurbishment, including the necessary to meet the demands acording to the regulations as the CTE and others. It is estructured following the estabilished in the annex 1 for the first part of the CTE, as follows: I MEMORY 1.1 Descriptive memory 1.2 Constructive memory 1.3 Fulfillment of the CTE 1.4 Annexes II PLANES III SPECIFICATIONS IV-V MEASUREMENTS AND BUDGET.
