La "Veciña" en Galicia: trazos históricos y cuestiones sobre su regulación

Abstract

[Resumen] Con los datos e informaciones proporcionadas por antiguos juristas, etnógrafos y antropólogos, se analizan los rasgos que caracterizaron a la denominada “veciña”, una vieja institución consuetudinaria gallega que aparece recogida en la vigente Ley 2/2006 de Derecho civil de Galicia, incidiendo también en algunos aspectos llamativos de la figura y su actual regulación legislativa.

[Abstract] With the data and information provided by former lawyers, ethnographers and anthropologists, we discusses the traits that characterized the so-called "veciña", an old Galician customary institution that set out in the current Law 2 / 2006 of civil law in Galicia, affecting also some striking aspects of the figure and the current legislative regulation.
