Abstract
[Resumo] O delito contido no inciso final do apartado segundo do artigo 312 do Código penal español, mediante o cal, aparentemente, se pretende protexer da explotación laboral os traballadores inmigrantes en situación irregular, configúrase como unha mostra dunha deficiente técnica lexislativa que provoca colisións xurídicas non só con normas extrapenais, senón tamén con outros preceptos do propio Código penal.
[Abstract] The offense shown on the last paragraph of the second part of the article 312 of the Spanish penal code on which supposedly is expected to protect the immigrant workers who are in an irregular situation of labour exploitation, gives sample of a poor legal legislative technique that causes collisions, not only with extra- criminal norms, but also with other legal rules of the criminal code itself.
