A catalogación urbanística do patrimonio cultural galego

Abstract

[Resumo] O presente traballo analiza o rexime xurídico da catalogación urbanística dos elementos dotados de valor cultural, tal e como se regula no dereito autonómico galego. Sinálanse os principais problemas desa regulación, ben como as posíbeis solucións para lograr unha máis eficaz conservación e promoción do patrimonio cultural.[Abstract] The article poses the legal system of urban stocktaking of Heritage, specially with regard to the Galician experience. The paper underlines the failures of the legal means, and claims for solutions to reach a better and powerful cultural insight of urban planning.
