Un marco jurídico apropiado para la economía azul: retos pendientes en el caso de España

Abstract

[Resumen] El objeto del trabajo es analizar el marco jurídico de la llamada “economía azul” en España. Previamente, recogemos varios estudios, uno procedente del organismo ambiental de Naciones Unidas (PNUMA) y otro de la Comisión Europea que contienen interesantes ideas para orientar la gobernanza de la economía azul. Finalmente, concluimos con algunas claves jurídicas y algunas recomendaciones para la regulación y gestión de la economía azul.[Abstract] The purpose of the paper is to analyze the legal framework of the so-called “blue economy” in Spain. Previously, we collected several studies, one from the United Nations environmental agency (UNEP) and another from the European Commission that contain interesting ideas to guide the governance of the blue economy. Finally, we conclude with some legal keys and some recommendations for the regulation and management of the blue economy.
