Abstract
[Abstract] This article has the objective of analyzing the jurisprudence of European Court of Human Rights about Freedom of expression. Specifically, it goes through two issues scrupulously: on one hand, the political speeches that justify the use of violence to achieve political goals. On the other hand, the fact of considering illegal a political party whose leaders, representative members and so on, show that kind of ideas in public.
