Abstract
o
al aborto.
[Abstract] This article aims to show that the criticism of comercial gestation cannot be done without a radical criticism of the neoliberal economic system, since this practice is inserted in a coherent way in the manner in which neoliberalism constructs its social relations, both from the gendered and class point of view. And secondly, that, although critic ism of commercial gestation has already been going on for several decades in feminism (especially in Anglo - Saxon feminism), it is necessary, as feminism has done with other issues, for said criticism to be refined and specialized. In this sense, this artic le studies the way in which the uncritical normalization of commercial gestation can affect the social consideration of motherhood or the right to abortion.
