Club Seis: Aplicación para la gestión administrativa de asociaciones deportivas

Abstract

[Resumen]: El objetivo de este proyecto consiste en la elaboración de una aplicación que facilite algunas tareas relativas a la gestión de clubes deportivos mediante la digitalización de las tareas administrativas y otros aspectos. Esta idea surgió al observar el funcionamiento del club de balonmano de Vigo Seis do Nadal - Coia tras detectar una gestión descuidada y obsoleta. De este modo, el presente proyecto busca la elaboración de una herramienta software que permita realizar la parte administrativa del club, donde suelen surgir problemas de coordinación, pérdida de datos y acciones repetitivas. Todas ellas serán solventadas mediante este proyecto, o, en caso de no ser así, reducidas a un nivel tolerable que no suponga grandes pérdidas de tiempo. Por otro lado, las herramientas existentes en el mercado son de pago y no presentan algunas funcionalidades de interés para el club. Por lo tanto, la elaboración de una aplicación libre y gratuita sería aún más atractiva de cara a ayudar en la gestión de cualquier otra asociación deportiva con poco poder adquisitivo. Así, durante este desarrollo se llevó a cabo la digitalización de los dos aspectos más críticos para el presidente y tesorero del club de balonmano Seis do Nadal - Coia: todo lo relativo a la contabilidad y a la administración de productos de dicho club.[Abstract]: The objective of this project is the development of an application that facilitates some tasks related to the management of sports clubs through the digitization of administrative tasks and other aspects. This idea arose when observing the operation of the handball club of Vigo Seis do Nadal - Coia, after detecting a neglected and obsolete management. In this way, the present project looks for the development of a software tool that allows to carry out the administrative part of the club, where coordination problems, data loss and repetitive actions usually arise. All of them will be solved by this project, or, if not, reduced to a tolerable level that does not involve great loss of time. On the other hand, the existing tools on the market are paid and do not have some functionalities that are of interest to the club. Therefore, the development of a free and free application would be even more attractive in order to help in the management of any other sports association with little purchasing power. Thus, during this development, the digitalization of the two most critical aspects for the president and treasurer of the handball club Seis do Nadal - Coia was carried out: everything related to the accounting and the administration of the club’s products.
