Abstract

[Resumen] La pandemia ha puesto a nuestra consideración la solidez y vitalidad del modelo del Estado social y democrático de derecho fundado sobre la centralidad de la dignidad humana. El derecho administrativo, concebido para regular racionalmente y según la justicia los intereses generales, debe encontrar el camino para defender y proteger los derechos fundamentales.[Abstract] The pandemic has drawn our attention to the soundness and vitality of the model of the social and democratic state subject to the rule of law rooted in the primacy of human dignity. Administrative law, conceived to rationally and justly regulate general interests, needs to find a way to defend and protect fundamental rights.
