Trabajo colaborativo en el Máster BIM de la UDC

Abstract

[Abstract]: Working collaboratively in the development of a project is one of the principles of the BIM methodology. Like other skills, the ability to be able to work collaboratively must be trained. For this reason it is essential that students of a master's degree in BIM methodology acquire competencies for collaborative work. In this article, the characteristics of the Collaborative Work subject within the framework of the Master's Degree in BIM Continuing Education at the University of A Coruña are detailed. The student faces, for the first time in the master’s degree, a collaborative task with the tools that he/she has used during his/her training. After passing the course, the student acquires skills in team organisation, task allocation and work distribution. Likewise, they must get used to monitoring the work writing reports where they will record the decisions, tasks allocations or decisions taken in the accomplishment of the task, resolving inconsistencies or inaccuracies in the basic documentation from which they start to carry out the task.

[Resumen]: Trabajar de forma colaborativa en el desarrollo de un proyecto es uno de los principios de la metodología BIM. Al igual que otras habilidades, la habilidad de ser capaz a trabajar de forma colaborativa se debe entrenar. Por esto motivo es fundamental que los estudiantes de un máster sobre la metodología BIM adquieran competencias para el trabajo colaborativo. En este artículo, se detallan las características de la asignatura de Trabajo Colaborativo enmarcada dentro del Máster de Formación permanente en BIM de la Universidade da Coruña. El estudiante se enfrenta, por primera vez en el máster, a una tarea colaborativa con las herramientas que ha manejado durante su formación. Tras superar la asignatura el estudiante adquiere capacidades para la organización de equipo, asignación de tareas y reparto del trabajo. De igual modo debe acostumbrarse a hacer un seguimiento del trabajo mediante actas, donde plasmarán las decisiones, repartos o criterios tomados en el desempeño de la tarea, solventando incoherencias o inexactitudes de la documentación base de la que parten para la realización de la tarea.
