Aplicación multiplataforma de apoyo al comercio local

Abstract

[Resumen]: El principal objetivo de este trabajo de fin de grado es desarrollar una aplicación multiplataforma que apoye al comercio local. Esta iniciativa busca ayudar en la digitalización de aquellas tiendas que, debido al crecimiento de las plataformas de comercio online, han visto decrecer sus ingresos y número de clientes. En esta plataforma, los encargados de las tiendas podrán publicar su tienda para darle visibilidad, así como listar todos los productos que ofrecen para venderlos a las personas interesadas. Por otro lado, los usuarios de la aplicación podrán acceder a la información sobre las tiendas y los productos que les interesen. Un aspecto destacado de la plataforma es que no facilita el envío a domicilios; en su lugar, proporciona información sobre la ubicación de las tiendas para que los clientes puedan presentarse físicamente y así fomentar la relación cliente-vendedor, la cual se ha ido perdiendo en los últimos tiempos. Para conseguir esto último, la aplicación ofrece reservas de productos por un tiempo definido y cálculo de rutas y tiempos de llegada para comprobar qué opción es la óptima. Además, también ofrece un sistema de reseñas y un chatbot que resuelve las dudas que les puedan surgir a los usuarios.

[Abstract]: The main objective of this final degree project is to develop a cross-platform application that supports local commerce. This initiative aims to assist in the digitalization of those stores that, due to the growth of online commerce platforms, have seen their income and customer numbers decrease. On this platform, store managers will be able to publish their store to give it visibility, as well as list all the products they offer to sell to interested people. On the other hand, application users will be able to access information about the stores and products they are interested in. A notable aspect of the platform is that it does not facilitate home delivery; instead, it provides information about the location of the stores so that customers can visit in person, thereby fostering the customer-seller relationship, which has been declining in recent times. To achieve this, the application offers product reservations for a defined time and route calculation and arrival times to determine the optimal option. Additionally, it also offers a review system and a chatbot that addresses any questions users may have.
