Abstract
[Resumo] O pronunciamento do Tribunal Constitucional na Sentenza do 16 de xullo de 2014 non cerrou a polémica acerca da razoabilidade e xustificación do período de proba dun ano no contrato indefinido de apoio aos emprendedores. A pesar de que o apoia, pola súa configuración podería pensarse que no referente a ese primeiro ano de proba este contrato se aproxima máis a un contrato temporal sen causa extintiva e sen indemnización que a un cun auténtico período de proba.
[Abstract] The decision of the Constitutional Court of 16th July 2014 did not settle the controversy about the reasonableness and justification of the one-year testing period of the indefinite contract to support entrepreneurs. Despite its support, because of its configuration, we could think that this contract is closer to a temporary contract without cause and without compensation, and not a real testing period.
