[Resumen]: Muy habitual es que las empresas con actividad en teletrabajo establezcan acuerdos tipo de teletrabajo para unificar la contratación. La Sentencia del Tribunal Supremo comentada analiza qué se puede poner, y qué no, en tales acuerdos tipo, y, por derivación, qué se puede poner, y qué no, en los acuerdos individuales de teletrabajo.
[Abstract]: It is very common for companies operating teleworking to establish standard teleworking agreements to standardize their contracts. The commented Supreme Court ruling analyzes what can and cannot be included in such standard agreements, and, by derivation, what can and cannot be included in individual teleworking agreements.
