[Resumen] La calidad de los cuidados que administramos las enfermeras está condicionada por nuestro nivel de formación, así como de especialización y actualización de conocimientos; en definitiva, por nuestra capacitación profesiona, de la misma forma que es conocido que promover el acceso a información "relevante y fiable" a través de la Web o de aplicaciones móviles (Apps), favorece la rapidez de acceso a la evidencia científica, incluso a pie de cama, a través de nuestras tablets y smartphones. Este artículo quiere dar visibilidad al El Grupo de Heridas de la Gerencia de Gestión Integrada de Ciudad Real, el cual lleva trabajando desde 2016 en la elaboración de varias guías de heridas, póster y carteles, que puedan servir como soporte a la formación de los profesionales, pero también como protocolos de actuación fiable y actualizados, en la prevención y tratamiento de las diversas lesiones cutáneas.
[Abstract] The quality of care that nurses administer is conditioned by our level of training, as well as specialization and updating of knowledge; in short, by our professional training, in the same way that it is known that promoting access to "relevant and reliable" information through the Web or mobile applications (Apps), favors the speed of access to scientific evidence, even at the bedside, through our tablets and smartphones. This article wants to give visibility to The Wound Group of the Integrated Management Management of Ciudad Real, which has been working since 2016 on the development of several wound guides, posters and posters, which can serve as support for the training of professionals, but also as reliable and updated protocols for action, in the prevention and treatment of various skin lesions.
