Abstract
[Resumo]: A realidade mixta permite combinar o mundo físico co virtual, ofrecendo experiencias inmersivas e interactivas.
[Abstract]: Mixed reality enables the combination of the physical and virtual worlds, providing immersive and interactive experiences. The aim of this project is to use this technology as a support tool for the treatment of hemineglect, a disorder caused by brain injuries that affects spatial perception. To this end, an application was developed for Meta Quest using Unity, integrating different therapeutic activities of object identification and cancellation, designed to evaluate and stimulate the patient’s visual attention. The system allows parameterization of stimulus placement, control of execution time, and collection of results regarding hits, errors, and omissions. Once the activity is completed, a report is generated to support therapists in analyzing performance and assessing the user. In this way, the application combines technical flexibility and clinical usability, serving as a basis for future trials and extensions in the field of cognitive rehabilitation.
