[Resumen] Una de las más llamativas modificaciones acometidas por el Real Decreto Ley 6/2019 ha sido la creación de un nuevo permiso para el cuidado del lactante, acometiendo a tal efecto dos cambios relevantes en la regulación del viejo permiso por lactancia: la profundización en la individualización y la creación de una prestación social asociada.[Abstract] One of the most striking of the modifications undertaken by Royal Decree–Law 6/2019 has been the creation of a new license for the care of the infant, undertaking to this end two relevant changes in the regulation of the old license for infant feeding: the deepening in the individualization and the creation of an associated social benefit.
