La permanencia del Derecho Romano en los códigos europeos e iberoamericanos

Abstract

[Resumen] El Derecho Romano está presente en los distintos sistemas jurídicos aunque con diferente intensidad. En consecuencia, el derecho inglés tampoco dejó de percibir la influencia del romano e, incluso, está más cerca del modus operandi de éste que el de los países que se rigen por códigos. Por su parte, los codificadores iberoamericanos utilizaron como guía de su nueva legislación al Derecho Romano.[Abstract] The Roman Law is present in the different juridical System though with different extent. In consequence, the English Law did not stop perceiving the influence of the Roman either and, even it is more near the modus operandi of this one that of the countries that are ruled by codes. For your part, the Latin-American codifiers used as guide of his new legislation the Roman Law.
