Rehabilitación de la Casa de la Cultura “Manuel Lueiro Rey” en O Grove, Pontevedra

Abstract

[Resumen] El presente proyecto se redacta como Trabajo de Fin de Grado del Grado en Arquitectura Técnica de la Escuela de Arquitectura Técnica de A Coruña. El objeto del proyecto consiste en la rehabilitación y reforma del edificio existente con el fin de adaptarlo a las exigencias normativas vigentes, así como proporcionar una mejora energética y de accesibilidad. La Casa de la Cultura del ayuntamiento de O Grove se trata de un centro cultural multifuncional en el que se realizan actividades como exposiciones y charlas. Debido a nueva construcción de Auditorio enfrente se trasladan las actividades culturales a dicho edificio, por lo que este proyecto pretende adaptar la funcionalidad de la Casa de la Cultura a las nuevas necesidades municipales y convertirlo así en una amplia sala de estudio y biblioteca. PRESUPUESTO[Abstract] This project has been written with the aim of passing the Final Degree Project subject of Quantity Suveryor degree, which is taught in the School of Quantity Surveyors of A Coruña. The object of the project consists of the rehabilitation and reform of the existing building in order to adapt it to current regulatory requirements, as well as to provide an energy and accessibility improvement. The O Grove’s House of Culture is a multifunctional cultural center where activities such as exhibitions and talks are held. Due to the new construction of the Auditorium right opposite to it, cultural activities are moved to such building, so this project aims to adapt the functionality of the House of Culture to the new municipal needs and thus convert it into a large study room and library.
