[Resumen] Problemática generada por la instalación ex novo o la sustitución de ascensores
en edificios sometidos al régimen de Propiedad Horizontal. Adopción del acuerdo:
especial tratamiento ante la existencia de personas con discapacidad o cuando se pretenda
la eliminación de barreras arquitectónicas y mayorías requeridas en los supuestos
ordinarios en que la obra no se justifique por la concurrencia de las anteriores circunstancias.
Viabilidad técnica de la obra: posible afectación de elementos comunes o
privativos. Atribución del gasto: la obligación de contribuir y el juego de las cláusulas
de exoneración.

Adoption in the agreement: special treatment by the existence of handdicappers or when one tries the elimination of architectonic barriers and majorities required in the ordinary assumptions in that the work is not justified by the concurrence of the previous circumstances. Technical viability of the work: possible affectation of common or privative elements. Attribution of the cost: the obligation to contribute and the game of the exoneration clauses.
