Análisis de datos de terapias intravítreas en el área de oftalmología

Abstract

[Resumen]: En este proyecto, elaborado en colaboración con el Servicio Galego de Saúde (SERGAS), se busca la realización de un panel de control para la área oftalmológica para poder visualizar el estado de los tratamientos y el correcto funcionamiento de la área. Para llevar a cabo el proyecto, se seguirán los siguientes pasos: realizar un estudio de las necesidades que tiene la organización y de posibles métricas para realizar los diagnósticos, diseñar una nueva base de datos en la que almacenaremos los datos pseudonimizados aportados por la organización y finalmente la creación y posterior transformación y carga de los datos en la Data Warehouse con un proceso ETL. Finalmente, usaremos herramientas de visualización para realizar los diferentes análisis y gráficos que permitan estudiar de forma sencilla la información solicitada por la organización.[Abstract]: This project, developed in collaboration with Servicio Galego de Saúde (SERGAS), aims to design a control panel for the area of ophthalmology to ease the process of understanding the status of the treatments and the correct operation of the area. In order to carry this project, it is necessary to follow a series of steps: perform a study of the organization's needs and different metrics that can be useful for the diagnosis of the area, the next step is designing a new database where the pseudonymized data that the organization provided will be stored, and the creation of the database and transformation and load of the data with an ETL process. In the end, the usage of visualization tools creates the different analysis and plots that allow the easy study of the information that the organization needs.
