Abstract
[Resumen]: A menudo las personas con discapacidad pueden sentirse excluidas o frustradas en el mundo
de los videojuegos, puesto que estos, a pesar de que cada vez incluyen más medidas de
accesibilidad, no presentan muchas facilidades para determinados colectivos.
Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado presenta un videojuego diseñado con medidas de accesibilidad
específicas para personas con discapacidad intelectual. A través de la investigación y
la implementación práctica, se aborda la importancia de garantizar la inclusión y la igualdad
de oportunidades para todas las personas. El videojuego desarrollado incluye características
tales como una interfaz intuitiva y fácil de usar, una narrativa accesible y adaptada a las necesidades
de comprensión de los jugadores, opciones de personalización que ayudan a moderar
la dificultad y la posibilidad de usar la propia voz como forma sencilla de control.
[Abstract]: People with disabilities can feel left out or frustrated in the world of videogames, since, even if they are including more and more accessibility measures, they don’t have many facilities for certain groups. This Final Degree Project presents a videogame designed with accessibility measures specifically for people with intellectual disabilities. Through research and practical implementation, the importance of ensuring inclusion and equality is addressed of opportunities for all people. The video game developed includes features such as an intuitive and easy-to-use interface, an accessible narrative adapted to the needs player understanding sities, customization options that help moderate the difficulty and the possibility of using one’s own voice as a simple form of control.
